Product photos are not showing when change the view type from list to grid

Hi,

Please check the video, when I switch the view of the products on shop from grid to list or change the number of product show on page, then product images get disappear and never show again. Video is attached bellow

Moreover when I switch the column view, short description of the product also shows on the shop page. That need to be hidden there. video link attached below

Hello @Vipul Garg,

1. We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

2. We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. Please clear your browser cache and revisit your site.

HI Tony,

1. All cache plugins are already disabled please check from your end. I already took the backup from my end and you can do the needful changes to correct the issue. It is a very major issue which need to be resolved.

2. I have to restore the old backup and the change you have done to hide short description from the shop page got retracted. Please do it again.
