Topic: Product page. Zoomed in on a different photo than the one selected.

We have an interesting situation on our site. On the tops of many products we have a situation in which selecting a product photo on the product card to enlarge it, another photo from the gallery appears.

Have you already had such a situation? What to do with it?

Could you, please, provide us with link to such product and also WP Dashboard access to check the backend settings for this product?

I select an image from the gallery, click to enlarge, and another appears.

This does not happen in every product.

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If the problem is independent of plugins, provide temporary FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
