    Hi 8theme!

I updated the theme to version 2.0 and the tabs on the product pages are not displayed properly, the text content is opened below all tabs.

In addition, after upgrading to the latest version of Visual Composer plugin (4.6.1), the tabs no longer have the same layout as in your demo (not only new tabs added by the plugin but also deprecated).

Any suggestion to solve these problems?

    Thanks in advance!

    Sorry,

just find another problem in the product backend: when I edit a product, clicking on the fields Product Data – General – Inventory – Shipping… nothing happens but only the Product Data fields are displayed.

    Help please!

    Hello,

The style for tabs in Visual Composer editor has been changed. Our demo site uses old plugins versions that’s why styles differ.
As for the tabs on single product pages we’ll fix this bug in the next theme update.

Please take our apologies for inconveniences.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Thanks Jack!

Do you already know when the update will be available? The website is expected to go online at the end of this month, and if the update was not available I should go back to the previous version.

And for the woocommerce backend issue?

    Best regards,
    Valentina

    Hello,

Unfortunately we can’t tell you the exact date of a new release. Meanwhile you can revert back to the old theme version if you have a back up of your site.

Does woocommerce backend issue persist with default WordPress theme?
    Pleas check it.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

yes, the issue persist with the default WP theme.
No problem or error found on Woocommerce System Status.

Do you think I have to revert back to the old versione of Woocommerce too?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

In this case you have to contact Woocommerce support team concerning the woocommerce backend issue. Also try to disable 3rd-party plugins and check product editor after that.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
