Product page settings in the theme options does not work.

1.) On the Product Page, no matter what I do in the dashboard, nothing changes. For example, I set 12 products per page but there are still only default 9. In “Product content elements”, when I move “Product Categories” to “Disabled” side, nothing happens.

It seems nothing changes on site, no matter what I do in this section of the dashboard.

2.) On the Product page, when I click “Load more products”, spinner just spins and no additional products are loaded.

Hello,

1. Please clear cache and check one more time.
2. Disable WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination plugin or set settings correctly – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/65-woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings
Also, you need to update WPBakery Page Builder and Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder plugins – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update

Hi Rose,

Thnx a lot for such a quick answer.

It worked as soon as I’ve set WooCommerce Infinite Scroll correctly.
Have I done something wrong with demo data import so that WC Infinite Scroll wasn’t set-up correctly?

Regarding the WPBakery Page Builder, as far as I know, I can only update it by installing updated theme since I don’t have plugin premium license, and I already have the latest theme version installed (4.25).

And one more question.
You can see the image in private section where some titles aren’t aligned center but offset to the right. What’s wrong there?

To update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/
The latest versions of plugins you can find here – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
3. Please add this code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css > Global Custom css:
```
@media only screen and (max-width: 1200px) {
    .post-type-archive-product .category-grid.style-classic .categories-mask {

```
