my product page is showing black on mobile
could you please help me to fix this

Do you mean Single product page? I can see content there, but also a big empty space after the gallery, to fix it:
Download slick.min.js file from this page – https://dropmefiles.com/7FuTZ , reupload the file into wp-content/themes/xstore/js/libs/ folder, via FTP. Then clear cache and check.

Hello Rose, i have the same problem about the big empty space that you are talking about, i uploaded the file slick.min.js , but the problem persist since the last update, it’s been almost a week

Have you changed the file via FTP? Do you use server cache or CDN?
Provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, not Cpanel.

Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
