Product page not shown properly on Google Chrome browser.

My website product page can be viewed properly on Safari or Firefox browsers. However, when viewed on Chrome, I have these problems:
1) The product description is not shown
2) Product images not shown properly on Product page.
I also have problem to load the ‘Preview Changes’ on Product Edit page. Product page example: https://www.imanika.com/outdoor-activities/bags/camping-hiking-bags/45l-tactical-travel-backpack/

The product description, product profile image, product image gallery, images for product variations, images for related products can not be viewed using Google Chrome browser as shown here: https://vimeo.com/576980383.

Hello,

Do you use AliDropship plugin? I see JS errors on your product page. Provide us with FTP access to your site to fix this compatibility error with the mentioned plugin.

Yes, I’m using AliDropship plugin. I have updated the XStore Core to version 4.0.2 and theme to v8.0.2, but still can not view the product page’s description and images properly on Chrome & Safari. Please find the access credential to my site in the Private Area.

Hello,

Thanks for wp-admin access, but we need FTP access also – FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port. If you don’t know what the FTP is then you need to contact your hosting provider. Hosting support knows.

Hello,

You provided 2 usernames and 1 password. Any of them does not allow to connect to your FTP. Did you forget to provide FTP password?

1) Product Images: I can view the product images on all three browsers – Chrome, Firefox and Safari
2) Product Description: I can now view the Product Description on Chrome and Firefox browsers but not on Safari browser. Example, https://www.imanika.com/kitchen/cleaning-supplies/automatic-smart-soap-dispenser/. Still a problem here.
