Product page not loading (mobile) - by scottgreen

PLease help

Im now in a position to start loading some products on to my website but having trouble to view on my mobile. I click the product image for it to load on to the main product page but all it does is shows a loading screen and it never appears ??

Im also showing out dated bundled woocommerce could this possibly cause it ?
PLease any ideas

Hello,

Please update the theme to 3.7 version as well as the required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . Don’t forget to create a back up of your files and database before update!

Ok so found the file Now tryin to connect to the site to upload but I am getting this message when using filezila to connect

Status: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS.
Command: USER anonymous
Response: 331 User anonymous OK. Password required
Command: PASS **********
Response: 530 Identity not given
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Any ideas ?

Haha yep im back, but your be happy to know im all updated to 3.7 but just need to know where to update the revslider and layerslider. do same way if so what files doo I need to drag in and where ?

The process is identical like updating theme. You can find folder with plugins in wp-content/plugins.

You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

You can hide this message, it doesn’t affect the work of your website.
