Hi,

I need to change the size of the product when i click into the product selected.

I have tried to change the setting in woocommerce but this doesn’t work. It only makes the image distorted. I guess it is stretching the image to fit into the div?

Any help would be appreciated.

For clarify. Do you want increse image size of product on product page or single product page?
Please provide us with link to the page and wp-admin access in Private Content.

Hi Robert,

Thanks for then prompt response.

I want to make the product image smaller in the single product page. This is the page with the product price and description.

I am working locally so i cannot provide the wp-admin login.

You need set image size for Single Product Image in WooCommerce > Settings > Products.
After that you need download Regenerate Thumbnails plugin and do regenerate.

I have tried that. All this seems to do is distort that image, which makes me think that the image is getting smaller but then actually getting stretch? Could this be the case?

i could give you teamviewer access if you like?

You can remotely access my laptop with team viewer if i give you the details and you have the software. Once in the admin panel will be open.

Hello,

Please take our apologies but image dimensions can’t be changed on a single product page in theme options as they can be distorted. It can be edited only in the theme files royal/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php and royal/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php. Also changes in custom.css need to be made.

Please try to set image sizes in Woocommerce > Settings as described in our documentation:

Then regenerate thumbnails with this plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Hi,

I have already tried this with no success.

I have changed the value of the woocommerce products and regenerated the images. Once done the image is the same size and the value when i inspect element is still width 555px?

Hi,

I would like them to be 250px instead of 555px.

I am working on localhost so the only way to change is via teamviewer or another remote login piece of software. Is this possible for you?

So i have found a temporary solution.

If i disable the zoom effect the product image re sizes.
