Hello,

The image gallery on single product pages is not displaying properly. Instead of one large image and thumbnails underneath, there are two large images. The top image still slides right & left but the bottom images doesn’t move. Could you please take a look and advise?

Hello,

Navigate to Theme Options->Single Product Page-> and enable slider for gallery images.

The slider for gallery images was already enabled. I tried disabling and then re-enabling, but it still is not displaying properly.

Hello,

Have you modified original theme files?
As I see theme version isn’t visible for parent theme in Appearance > Themes. So I guess you edited theme files.
Please provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content.

Hello,

I’ve reuploaded the parent theme and your old theme folder is renamed to “woopress_old_theme”.
Also some plugin is causing the issue with gallery. Disable them one by one to find it out.
