Product page customization issue and Woolentor compatibility with Xstore.

Hello Xstore support team,

I’m reaching out to report an issue I’m having while trying to modify my product page using the “single product builder” option. I’m unable to fully customize my page by adding detailed descriptions and photos. I’ve provided an example of the description I’d like to create, but I’m having trouble doing so. Additionally, I’m wondering if the Woolentor extension is compatible with Xstore.

Hello, Mady,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ If you want to use the Elementor Pro plugin for a single product page, you need to disable our Single Product Builder via Theme Options, then follow the documentation of Elementor Pro plugin. In case, you face a problem or need a guidance, please contact the plugin support, because the Pro version of Elemento does not come bundled with our theme.

2/ We did not test Woolentor with our theme. You can try to use it, but we are unable to provide support for 3rd party plugins.
We hope for your understanding.

3/ In case you decide to use our Single Product Builder, we will be able to assist you but you will need to disable previously mentioned plugins, to prevent conflicts.

Hello XStore Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently using your XStore theme for my WooCommerce store and I have a question regarding the customization of a product page.

Unfortunately, I cannot directly share the image with you, but I am looking to create a product page that closely resembles the one in this link: https://www.cjoint.com/c/MEioRX3FaYV

I would like to know if it is possible to achieve this specific design using the XStore theme in combination with the single product builder. If so, could you please provide some guidance or tips on how to create a similar layout and design for my product page?
