    Hi XStore Support Team,

I’m experiencing a critical error on my product pages when trying to open variable products imported via the AliDropship Woo plugin.

    Here’s what’s happening:

    Simple products display correctly.

However, variable products (those showing the “Select Options” button) cause a “There has been a critical error on this website” message when opened.

These imported products contain attributes such as Ships From, Color, and Type, and are properly marked as “Used for variations” in WooCommerce.

When I deactivate the AliDropship Woo plugin, the error disappears — meaning it seems to be a compatibility issue between AliDropship Woo and XStore’s single product layout (possibly related to variable product rendering).

    Steps to Reproduce:

Import a product from AliExpress using the AliDropship Woo plugin.

The product appears in the shop with the “Select Options” button.

Click the product to open its page.

The site displays the “There has been a critical error” message.

    Request:

Could you please review this issue and let me know if there’s an update or workaround to make XStore fully compatible with AliDropship’s imported variable products?

I can provide temporary admin access if you need to check the backend setup.

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. Please make sure that you are using the latest versions of the theme and plugins.

    2. Disable any third-party plugins to check if one of them is causing the issue.

    3. After completing the first two steps, please provide us with the link to the product where the issue is visible and FTP access so that we can investigate the problem further for you.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Warm regards,
    The 8Theme Team
