As always,
Thanks for your great help,

I have a few questions on different features which I hope you can help me with.

1. Product page ‘product picture’ and slider,
The pictures are blur. I have tried to change settings in WooCommerce but can’t seem to get them nice and sharp.

1.1. Once activating the sliders pop up, pretty photo, the product picture can’t load and says ‘The image could not be loaded’ – the rest are good, so by one picture out of the gallery can’t load pull down the gallery experience,

2. Tablet: Product page columns.
The columns breaks and and do not properly display side-by-side,

I was earlier given the css code:

@media (max-width: 480px){
.tab-content .wpb_column.span6 {
width: 100% !important;
}}

But it doesn’t seem to work properly,

3. Gallery pretty photo link,
In the backend all the Gallery options are really great!
Though they all have the same vc-prettyphoto-link pop up, it’s nice but it does not work for smartphones as it’s to small and the slider usability do not display properly,
e.g. this gallery,:

Can this be changed to the simple normal single photo enlargement ( with the black background – not sure of the correct term ) ?
As it pops up nicely on smartphones and tablets

Hello,

1. The reason is original sizes of your images are too small. They should be 1425px × 1900px approximately. Try to upload images in higher resolution.

2. Please provide us with a page link where columns are shown incorrectly.

3. Unfortunately there is no such possibility. It’s Visual Composer element and we don’t modify plugins files. Try to use another element (Image Gallery, for example).

3. Thanks, the Galleries in VC are a lot and really nice on desktop/Laptops, but completely useless on a smartphone. Impossible to see either picture, holder or functionality,
Is there an alternative adapted for Smartphones?

Hello,

1. The image is blurred because it’s too stretched. If you activate parent theme the images will be shown properly. Please check it.
1.1. Please disable all 3rd-party plugins and check image loading after that.

2. I didn’t mean to show a screenshot but a page url where you have issues with columns so we can test it ourselves.

3. Sorry, but unfortunately there is no special element for smartphones.
