Product Page Banner Not Showing - by John

Hi im trying to put a promo banner on top of the product page.
Ive added the media on the SHOP page in Theme Settings – saved the changes – but no banner is showing on the website….
Are we missing something?

what we need is the banner on the actual individual product pages

ah ok thanks, i thought this may have been something in the template that allowed you to customize this page.
so could we use the Woocommerce Single Product Page Customizer plug in to do the job here?

You can try to use some additional plugin to achieve the desired result, but note that don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme.
