  Hello,

  1) For variable product https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/ you can enable Variation swatches (Theme Options > Shop elements), + select type of Attribute – http://prntscr.com/npeirz
  2) You can use Loco Translate plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
