Product images not showing up consistently

Hello

I have added product images and find they are not resizing consistently

what is the default size image size for the template ?

Hello,

It’s not related to default image size. Looks like zoom image just freezes. Provide me admin panel and FTP access to find the reason of this issue.

Hello,

Once we enable parent theme everything is fine. Looks like the problem is related to changes that you made in child theme. I can’t check child theme files because FTP access is incorrect.

1) http://prntscr.com/helvwh still does not work
2) We are not responsible for changes in the child theme. Check the code that you added there.
