Product Images not displaying. Only WooCommerce placeholder images.

Hi, I’m having real problems getting my product images to appear on the shop page. I’m using WooCommerce 2.1.12. When adding or editing a product my only option to set an image is the “Product Gallery”.

On the shop page, the only image that appears is a placeholder image. Do you know what I could do to resolve this? Please let me know if I need to provide more information.

Hello,

What theme version are you using?
We recommend you to update Woocommerce plugin and the theme to the latest versions.
Don’t forget to create a back up before update.
