I am trying to enable the mouse wheel on the single product page to change the zoom on the product image. The magnifier appears but the wheel has no effect.

Hello,

You need select Zoom effect as “Window” instead of “Lens” in Theme Options > Single Product Page. Also your original image should have sizes 1,425px × 1,900px approximately for zoom effect to work properly as now your image is small.
