Product image thumbnails disappear on page load

    On the product page, the vertical photo slider thumbnails disappear when the page loads. The thumbnails are not just hidden—they are completely removed from the DOM.

    However, when I manually re-select the default variation, the thumbnails reappear and function normally.

    Additional context:

    – The pages are built using Elementor.
    – The product gallery is set to display a maximum of 4 thumbnails.
    – The defined gallery is for the product itself and not for variations.
    – The issue seems related to the variation/image gallery logic on initial load.

    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    We were unable to access your WordPress dashboard using the credentials you provided. Kindly ensure that the user account created for us has administrator privileges so we can proceed with further investigation.

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

    Hi Andrew, the adjustments you made don’t seem to have been enough to fix it, it’s inconsistent, it worked at first and then stopped.

    I cleared the cache and disabled the cache plugin and the problem persists as shown.

    I have no idea why. Can you help?
