  I tried the basic way of Product Style > Product Hover Style > Swap
  It seems to be not working.

  Swap doesn’t work when variations are selected – http://prntscr.com/tooc9x It is not a bug but predefined behavior.

  Can’t we change the behavior?
  As I wish that the image swap function shall work on variation been selected as well.
