Product image gallery pictures not showing on product infomation page

    Hello i have uploaded images to each of the products in the product gallery section, i think they have uploaded fine as the thumbnails are showing up but when you go to the product information page for a specific product itself the images dont always load (large images) though the thumbnails are there. i just get a spinning wheel where the large image should be.
    also on the shop page it only loads two of the images on the product preview

    can you please assist.

    ok i see how to do it but do i absolutely need to do it through ftp? can i just upload the new package?

    Nope im afraid that that has not cured it at all
    and its knocked out the design on the front page too
    any ideas?

    You can do that only by FTP.

    Thanks for the video I have updated the theme but the images are still not showing in the gallery or the extra thumbs on the product preview before you click through. Can you please offer suggestions or a fix? I’d like to go live by Tuesday 🙂 thank you 🙂
