Hi,

We’re having trouble with the product image dimensions. We’ve set the dimensions according to your guide. We have different errors.

1. catalog image makes the rows uneven in the shop. Se image:

2. Single product images does not adapt to the original size of the image IF we have product gallery images as well. It works only if we only use the main product image.
3. Product Gallery images does not look like your royal theme version : (https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/product/bandana/)
4. We also hoping to enlarge the images in a product gallery but it only lets us see the slide.
5. If we try to enable woocommerce lightbox we tick the box and save – but it does stay ticked, so apparently we can’t change to woocommerce lightbox.

We have recently updated the royal theme to 2.6 and the woocommerce is the latest version.

EDIT: 5. If we try to enable woocommerce lightbox we tick the box and save – but it does NOT stay ticked, so apparently we can’t change to woocommerce lightbox.

Hello,

1. Please show a page where the issue persists.

2./3. You had MasterSlider option enabled for Woocommerce images http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/16/0426/h_1461669579_3743979_319b97c7d7.png . I’ve disabled it. Please check single product page with gallery now.

4. As I see the image can be enlarged http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0426/h_1461669444_1620886_4143abf8fd.png .

5. Try to disable all 3rd-party plugins and enable Woocommerce lightbox.

And now i only watched the first page so this problem exist on more than this..

4. yeah the images with no product gallery can me enlarged. As I said, when there is a product gallery you can’t enlarge them. But since you fixed the lightbox function this works good enough i guess.

5. There is only the theme and woocommerce that has a lightbox function, and I’ve tried to disable the themes lightbox but the woocommerce doesn’t work anyway. But this is also okey for now, since you fixed problem 2 & 3.

Hello,

1. The reason is your images have different sizes.
Please add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for desktop:
```
.products-page-cats {
  height: 30px;
}
.shop-full-width .products-grid.row-count-4 .product img {
  height: 300px;
}
```
