Product Filters not updating correctly after first reload (keeps showing old filter)

    Hello 8Theme Team,

    I’m using the XStore theme with WooCommerce and the Elementor “Product Filters” widget on my Product Archive page.

    The problem I’m facing is the following:

    The first time I apply a filter (for example, filter by color “Red”), the page reloads correctly and displays the filtered products.

    However, when I try to apply a second filter (for example, “Blue”) after the page has reloaded, the page refreshes but still shows the previous filter (Red) instead of the new one.

    Could you help me please?

    Hi thanks for reply,

    I’ve duplicated my website to demo.kickstricker.com in order to implement all the changes you requested.

    Here’s what I’ve done so far:
    – Updated all plugins and themes — the issue persisted.
    – Switched from the child theme to the original parent theme — the issue persisted.
    – Deactivated all third-party plugins, keeping only Elementor, WooCommerce, and XStore — the issue persisted.

    I need your help to resolve this. Please advise on the next steps.

    no, still not working, try applying a filter color red, wait the refresh, and then try to apply a filter color blue and you will notice that nothing changes, an d the page still with the red color filter.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, we cannot connect via FTP using the access details you provided.
    Below is the error message

    Response: 	331 User 8theme OK. Password required
    Command: 	PASS ****************
    Response: 	530 Login authentication failed
    Error:         	Critical error: Could not connect to server

    Please check the credentials and provide ones that work without any problems.
