Product filter is not working correctly!

Good day.

We pushed through with the YITH Product filter plugin- make a choice in the filter> click filter> and load the list of filtered products without photos …. and if you reload the page, it shows the filtered products with photos correctly! But the attributes of the product are also shown incorrectly, there are also products in the list for which the sizes are sold(unavailable)!

Please tell me how this can be fixed?

Hello,

1) Provide URL of your site and temporary wp-admin access.
2) Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of your browser, and check how it works then.
Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins.

You need to select the Shop page in WooCommerce > Settings > Products – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/

Good day,

I select the shop page in woocommerce setting but the problem still remains, when filtering products, the photos on the computer are displayed incorrectly (we tried different browsers), the photos of the products are cut by half, but on the mobile phone they are displayed correctly!
It also filters the product incorrectly, when you select a size in the filter, it filters all products with this size and even if this size is sold (unavailable). I try it with woocommerce filter wiget and also with 8theme filter wiget.

Hello,

It would be better to select a separate Shop page, not your current Home page.
Disable “Products Masonry” in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout.
Our widgets work similar to woocommerce widgets, so if you want to change/add functionality, contact support of WooCommerce (for their filters) or submit a request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ (for our filters).

Good day,
I disable product mansory, at now show product images correct, thank you. I select a separate Shop page, but it stiil don’t sorting product sizes correctly, sorting with product where this size is sold(unvialable).

As was mentioned, you can submit a request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , there is no ready solution to change the functionality of the filter according to your description, unfortunately.
