Product Featured Image Issue - by intelisystems

    Product Featured Image is shown too big on the individual product page: http://www.intelisystemstest.com/kokie/product/test/

    Also, Thumbnail image is not shown well: http://www.intelisystemstest.com/kokie/product-category/face/

    What should I do fix this issue?

    Hello,

    1. The reason is that the original image dimensions are too small. You need upload it with higher resolution (approximately 1425px × 1900px) or disable zoom effect in WP Dashboard > Theme Options > Single Product Page.

    2. Thumbnail image was cropped because this option was enabled in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Catalog Images. I’ve disabled it and regenerated thumbnails.

    Regarding #1 issue, I tested with a HQ picture from your sample site.

    As you can see, top and bottom are cut in the picture and full image is not shown.

    Can you help me to resolve this issue?
