Product Data Setting's Categories not working

Hi, the Product’s Data Setting’s Categories stopped working. No matter which category I select, in the site any product is displayed. Though, in the editor is displayed correctly.

How can I get this to work properly?

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check how it works then.
Let us know the result.

Thanks for your prompt reply.
I did deactivate all plugins not bundled with XStore (except for WPML, which is necessary since I am working with two more translated pages), but nothing changed.

Provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access. Do you have this issue on the home page, right?

Yes, it is happening on the home page. In fact, we are using the Pruducts widget only in the home page.
