We have tried to add the highlighted code and it seems to be riddled with errors:

could you send across the code and advise exactly where we should put this please.

This is what we’ve tried to add at the bottom of the CSS as pet the screenshot you send us:

2),3) We need FTP to fix this.

Thumbnails regeneration can be the reason of the slow site. Actually, for some users, it was a real problem if you check the WooCommerce plugin forum.
