I need that on the mobile the product category tabs appear closed. How to make?

I want them to appear like this:

Hello,

There is no such possibility for mobile only. But you can try the next workaround – add Tabs element http://prntscr.com/r5jk9l > http://prntscr.com/r5jl2m , hide it for some devices – http://prntscr.com/r5jkk3
