    Hi,

We have a product category that has 34 products assigned to it but only 27 of them are showing up, please see the private content area for the page in questions.

Also, is there a way to control sorting on this category and sort by the title instead of page name in the link?

On a very separate subject, I frequently get the message in dashboard that I need to download xstore core from themeforest, why does it not show in the Dashboard –> update consistently? I’ve seen it sometimes, esp. if I procrastinate updating the theme for 4+ weeks.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    1) Please provide temporary wp-admin access.
    2) All the available sorting options you can find in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce (Shop) > Product Catalog > Default product sorting.
By default, the sort order for your products is “Custom Ordering + Name”. Navigate to Products, then click Sorting. From this page, you can simply drag and drop the product rows to reorder them https://prnt.sc/owj42e
    3) Go to Dashboard > Updates > click on Check again. Also, the plugin can be updated manually – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
The core plugin update requires the theme update to the latest version before the plugin update.

    Regards

    Thanks!

I’ll start with #3, I click on Check Again many times and for many days but it just doesn’t load. Surprisingly, it loaded today 🙂

Please check private area for credentials

Also, what’s “custom ordering” and how does one set it? Looks like that’s the closest option we have. I wish woocommerce provided title sorting option in the dropdown.

    Hello,

    1) Either go to Plugins > disable WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination plugin or set correct selectors according to theme docs https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/65-woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings
    2) To change Custom Ordering, go to Products > click Sorting > drag and drop the product rows to reorder them – http://prntscr.com/pxgdsk

    Thanks!

For #1 – used infinite scroll setting from the page and the second page loads but no images – please advise. Ajax-pagination not preferred.

For #2 – Once I select the sorting option on ‘All Products’ page, dow does one move items from page 2 or 3 to page 1? For e.g. I want to move Premium Org CBD to page 1. In addition, I want to make sure we are solving the issue I have on the category page e.g. link –> In private content area

    Hello,

    My pleasure!
    1) Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check how it works then.
    2) You can filter by category and then sort products http://prntscr.com/pxps9i Via screen option you can set Number of items per page (do not set more than 100 per page).
Sorting of products comes from WooCommerce plugin, if you have any other question, it would be better to contact the support of WC.

    Thank you!

Disable infinity scroll plugin because even after disabling more than 75% of the plugins the images don’t load after the default initial product setting. When I change the default from 27 to 100 all the images load well so I’m thinking the plugin is buggy and I have the latest version of this plugin.

#2 is fixed and thank you again for the instructions, changed from 20 to 1000 and was able to move many products that were out of order. I agree the functionality is from Woocommerce and I wish they had given more options and control for sorting than what they have provided currently.
