Hi,
Since the latest update of woocommerce, I am not able to see any produccategories. I am using WPall import for uploading new product lists. Is this a bug? I’ve tried everything, but the productcategories won’t show up. Please help ASAP

Hello,
Please take our apologies but the issue is related to Woocommerce plugin, not to the theme.
The problem persists with default Woocommerce theme too, go to Appearance > Themes and activate theme Storefront, you’ll see the same issue.
So you have to contact Woocommerce support concerning it.

Hi,
I don’t think there is a problem with woocommerce, i’ve installed the latest version 2.5.1. already. Woocommerce gives the following notification:
“Your theme (ROYAL – 8theme WordPress theme) contains outdated copies of a number of WooCommerce template files. These files may need to be updated to ensure that they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files it goes on the System Status page. If you are not sure about it, please contact the creator of the theme.”

This notification is shown because we haven’t produced theme update where Woocommerce files are updated.
We recommend to revert back to old Woocommerce version for now until new theme version is released.
