Product categories on the side bar display

How can I make sure both the mobile and desktop etc versions of the Product categories on the side bar where the accordions showing the subcategories are not open and only showing the main categories UNLESS the user clicks on the arrow to drop down to see additional sub categories etc. see attachments. How it is displaying now https://prntscr.com/26mls0j and how we want it to display https://prntscr.com/26mlrvw

Hello,

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop elements > Categories > Open Product Categories Widget By Default > Off
