    Hello,

    I’ve commented the line 1808 $this.find('>li').first().find('.open-this').html(minusIcon).parent().addClass('opened').find('ul.children').show(); in wp-content/themes/royal/js/etheme.js file.
    Please check categories now.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately that can’t be done because other categories are added as child categories which are closed as you wanted.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    Those symbols are loading as images. You can edit them via some image editor, the files are wp-content/themes/royal/images/small-minus.png and wp-content/themes/royal/images/small-plus.png.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    It can’t be done the way you want because these categories http://storage6.static.itmages.com/i/16/0513/h_1463127267_1499036_651ff6afe3.jpeg are children categories and to display them you have to uncomment the code in the file wp-content/themes/royal/js/etheme.js. But in this case all subcategories and sub-sub categories will be shown.
    You can add these categories http://storage6.static.itmages.com/i/16/0513/h_1463127267_1499036_651ff6afe3.jpeg as parent categories and add subcategories to them.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
