    Hello,

    I have a some questions as iv tried to resolve but with no success.

    1) For some reason my products also come up in another category I have not selected. This is only happening on one section/category.
    For example I have uploaded products and choose the kitchen tables subcategory only but when I look at the website it also comes up in dining room subcategory? This has not happened with any other category/subcategory. How can i resolve this?

    2) The pictures on main category pages are pixelated for some reason. Iv changed resolution and size of images but its still pixelated?

    3) Is there a widget where I can have Facebook comments linked to pages so customers can also see these comments on my website as well?

    4) Is there a way I can reduce the main view size of the website from like 100% to 90% so images and everything is slightly smaller.

    5) Can I limit the options on my dashboard for other users so they don’t have access to main website edit options, just access to add and edit products as I can not find this option.

    Please let me know if you need any more information regarding the above. I really do appreciate any help you can give me.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

    1. Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials and show page links where products are duplicated.

    2. I’ve checked “DINING ROOM” category and haven’t seen any issues with the images. Please show a screenshot.

    3. Sorry, there is no such widget in the theme.

    4. Try to use this code in custom.css file:

    .container {
        width: 90% !important;
    }

    How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    5. You can assign a role to a user in WP admin:

    Regards,

    Hello,

    As I see “Kitchen Tables” subcategory is added under “Dining Room” category: http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/15/0616/h_1434437908_1073710_d3eecf89c6.png , that’s why it’s shown on “DINING ROOM” category page.
    Also “Kitchen Tables” category is selected not only for “2013 Retro” product but for other ones too.
    Please check the products.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Yes I understand this but there is also a “DINING ROOM” subcategory. There is a DINING ROOM main category page and a Dining room subcategory page. I dont want the kitchen tables to be shown on “Dining room” SUBcategory.
    “2013 Retro” product was just an example for you to see.

    Thank you

    Hello,

    I’ve checked “Dining room” subcategory http://www.inegolhome.com/product-category/dining-room/dining-room-dining-room/ and only see “dining room” items. “Dining Room” main category will show products from all subcategories that are attached to it (in your case they are “Dining room” and “Kitchen tables” subcategories).

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
