Product categories display order - by bmax1207

    Hello team,

    We tried to arrange product categories on our home page in the following priority order. [ Numbers in ( ) is the category id] Rebar(373) , Surface(362), Lumber(394), Specialty Stone Items(418), Kitchen(221), Bathroom(216), Utility(244).
    But for some reason, it keeps displaying in Ascending Alphabetical order, As following, Bathroom, Kitchen, Lumber & Panels, Rebar, Specialty Stone Items, Surfaces. Which is not what we want.
    Below is my codes in the background.
    [etheme_product_categories display_type=”slider” hide_empty=”1″ top_level=”true” parent=”” cat_ids=”373,362,394,418,221,216,244″]. It works fine before but for some reason, after I updated to the new latest theme version, it no longer work for some reasons. Please help.

    From which version of the theme the update was done?
    Please provide temporary wp-admin access http://prntscr.com/nj2egr

    Hi,

    Please send:

    – FTP info (server, username, password, port)
    – Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)
