Product catalog/archive image changes ratio when click on arrow

Hello,

I am also having problems with the product catalog/archive image default mode, it changes size when I click on the arrow. The ratio for the images is currently 3:5, and it changes to a square.

Hello,

Set image settings – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/89-product-images and regenerate all thumbnails.
Also, we would recommend you to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading it to your media gallery.
