    Hi,

I’ve recently tried to add a section of products that were new. I used the product carousel and set it to order by date and in the past month. There is one product that matches this selection. However, once I set it as above, it showed three items of the same product. I tried removing the product and restoring it, I tried clearing the transients but nothing worked.

I’d really appreciate assistance in this matter.

    Best regards,
    Filip

    Dear @Filip,

    Thank you for reaching out.

When the “Infinite Loop” option is enabled, the slider script duplicates items to create a continuous loop. However, since there is only one item in your slider, it was simply being repeated.

We have now disabled the loop option for you. Please check the result at your convenience: (https://prnt.sc/nUY9aHvs-H5G)

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to let us know.

    Best regards,
