Hello, I am experiencing an issue on mobile devices only with product cards in XStore.

    ❗ Problem

On mobile, opening a product requires two taps:

    – The first tap only activates the hover state (showing wishlist and quick view icons).
    – The second tap finally opens the product page.
    – This happens in product grids and in Swiper sliders.
    – On desktop everything works normally (1 click), so the issue is mobile-specific.

It seems that XStore forces a “tap-to-hover” behavior on mobile, even when I want the product to open immediately.

    ❗ What I need

I want the following behavior on mobile:
    – Tap on product image/title → open the product immediately (1 tap)
    – Tap on Quick View icon → open Quick View
    – Tap on Wishlist → add to wishlist
    – Disable the “first tap = show hover” behavior

I want to keep Quick View, so I cannot disable hover entirely.

    Hi Ayan,

    Thanks for your reply.

I went ahead and fully cleared all cache layers:

    – XStore theme cache
    – Litespeed cache
    – Server cache
    – Browser cache on mobile
    – Tested in private/incognito mode

I also tested on multiple iPhones (Chrome and Safari), and the issue is still present.

👉 The product cards still require two taps on mobile:

    – First tap = shows wishlist / quick view (hover state)
    – Second tap = opens the product

So the problem is not related to caching.

This behavior does not happen on desktop — only on mobile devices.

    Could you please advise further?
I need product images/titles to open directly with one tap on mobile, while keeping Quick View and Wishlist working normally.

    Thank you!

    Hello @David Zoque,

Could you please check it now? We have implemented a custom CSS solution, which has been added under Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS.

Before testing, please clear your browser cache or try checking from an incognito window. We have conducted several tests on our mobile devices, and the issue appears to be resolved.

    Best regards,
