    HI,
I am trying to set up a mini-extension for the official Woocommerce Product Bundles Plugin to be able to use the regular Variable products layout so the customers can easily go through the selection and chose the bundle they like.
However using the miniextension with your theme seems to cause errors to show up and instead of adding the variable product to the cart the visitor gets an error message saying “The selected product isn’t a variation of variable product, please choose product options by visiting the variable product.

I have found that the issue must be with either the theme or some other plugin that is manipulating variable products in some way. So I have already disabled all plugins on my staging website with no luck. Therefore the only thing related must be the theme itself

Here is one example of other users having the same issue caused by wishlists and how they solved it. Maybe it is similar with your theme

    Can you please check?

In PM you will find login details to the staging website as well as to an example variable product

    Thank you
    Michal

    Hello,

Please provide FTP access, we will check what can be done to help you.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Regards

    Hello,

We’ve disabled “AJAX Add To Cart For Simple And Variable Products” via Theme Options. Please clear cache and check how it works now.

Thank you. It is now working when ajax was disabled. Is there any way that it could work even with AJAX enabled? Can this be fixed in the theme or does it have to be fixed in the plugin?

    Kind regards
    Michal

Point is that some plugins use the POST method and do not work with Ajax add to cart option. We can’t add the support of Ajax add to cart for these plugins from our theme.
