Product bottle image disappears on mobile in hero banner (XStore + Elementor)

Hello XStore support team,

I am using one of your pre-built hero sections (big model photo on the left + small product bottle image positioned in the bottom-right corner on desktop).

Desktop → the product bottle is perfectly visible
Mobile → the product bottle image completely disappears (only the model photo remains)

I can’t find any “Mobile Image”, “Different image on mobile” or “Hide on mobile” option in the Banner / Promo Banner widget settings in Elementor.
Please tell me how to make the product bottle visible on mobile phones in this exact hero section.

Could you please attach the screenshots again?

And also please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
