Product Attributes Not Showing On Product Pages

Hi,

Attributes were showing earlier when I set them up, but suddenly they are not showing up.

I have two types of attributes;

1. Size: Which is common for all products and not showing on product pages.
2. Print Area (Front or Back): This is for some products and not all. This is not showing up either.

Also what could be the reason they suddenly stop showing. I am asking so that I can fix this if it happens in the future.

Could you please provide URL of a product and temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

The attributes should appear on product pages.

There are two attributes

1. Size – M, L, XL & XXL – This should appear on all product pages

2. Print Area – Front or Back – This appears on product pages especially for products which has one design and customer can select where they want the design to be printed – Front or Back.

The 1st URL given is one where both Size and Print Area attributes should appear.

The 2nd URL is an example of product page where only Size attribute should appear.

However, if you prefer not to change the product type, there are alternative ways to display product attributes on the single product page. To do this, please navigate to the Single Product Builder and add a new element to the page, for example – https://prnt.sc/0_NBj01VXWdB

Hi Alex,

I tried following your suggestion and tried to make it Variable Product but now the Attributes and Buy Now button do not show.

Plus the pricing is not showing and says Out of Stock.

Have done it for 1 product (See the URL given) and that page is where the issue is.

Also I do not want to do it via Single Product Builder as some products do not require all the Attributes.

Hi,

For Variable Products, how do I set the pricing? I don’t see any fields where I can add or set product price.

Right now I can set pricing only when I select Simple Product as Product Data.
