Hello,

I have 3 problems with my site:

First problem: I am receiving a message on the single product page of my site. (For example, view http://www.ikavi.com/shop/fragrance/dolce-gabbana-pour-femme-eau-de-parfum-spray-2012-edition/) There look at the top left corner of the picture – at the “Sale” sign – there you will see the words “Bug Fix”. How can I remove this?

Second problem:On my shop page, The “Sort By” and “Per Page” tabs located underneath the slider do not work. Also, I can not remove the slider via the “Theme Options > Shop Page changes. The slider is still visible even after I removed it from the “Product Page Banner” section.

Third problem: I would like to reduce the font size of the short product descriptions which are shown on the shop pages. How would I do that? I have tried “Theme Options > Topography without success.

Hello,

1, 2) Please provide us with wp-admin access in Private Content.
3) Please add this code in custom.css file.

.products-grid .product .product-name{ font-size: 11px; }

Hello Robert,

I followed the directions in the tutorial given above, but no changes were made to the font size. Please advise.

Secondly, I am having trouble updating my Visual Composer. I used the available download but the plugin did not update. Please advise.

Hello Robert,

I would like to make a correction on my last email. The font size on the product page did update but the font size of the product did not change on the home page – how do I adjust the css?

Hello,

To change font size for product titles on Home page use this code in custom.css:

.slide-item .product .product-name { font-size: 11px; }

To update Visual Composer download the plugin archive from this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ , extract it and overwrite js_composer folder in wp-content/plugins directory via FTP.
