Problems with zoom effect - by rickoline

Hi, when we insert the image in the product, the effect don’t works as it should, the image is shown in big size without pass the mouse in the image. and when we pass the mouse over the image, this is shown in small size, sometimes the effect works good, an other times works bad.

Me i explain?

Hello,

The reason is you have small size image.
Try to upload high resolution image. It should fix the issue.

Hi, why some images with the same size don’t have this problem? what is the size that we have to put in the product?
does the image have to have a minimum of dpis?

Hello,

The uploading image height should be more than 400px.

Hi there,

i have the same problem. our product images are 700px by 700px and we still have the same issue.

it is show in large size and as soon as we hover we just see the thumbnail size.
