Hi

I like the look of the jewellery demo, so am testing it offline before changing my theme from the default.

Problem 1 – incorrect options.json file for jewellery
So far, I imported default demo, then activated the jewellery demo. The header, layout and theme options settings are all wrong and do not match your online jewellery demo. I tried to manually import the jewellery options.json file, which usually fixes this type of problem, however, the options.json file shipped with the theme is incorrect. Please, can you email me with the correct one? (see hidden part of message for my email address)

Problem 2 – incorrect Contact Us page
In your online jewellery demo, there is a Contact Us page under the menu About Us. This is not imported when the jewellery demo is activated, nor is there an option to import this as an additional page. What was imported was a default Contact US page, but the colours of GMAPS is wrong, and does not match the jewellery demo. Please, can you provide me with this exact page as the demo, so the colour scheme matches?

Problem 3 – Wocommerce Shop, cart, checkout etc pages missing
During the jewellery demo import, pages like Shop are missing. Should there be a Shop page, or should I get Woocommerce to generate one? Also no cart or checkout pages. If I get Woocommerce to generate missing pages, will they look different from your demo? Can you kindly explain why they are missing?

Just tried to edit the abobe post and got the error “You cannot create new topics.”. Please can you allow me to edit my posts, as I was able to in the past. I have a 12 month support contract.

OK, I have worked out that the options.json file that comes in the \XML_files\jewellery is incorrect, but the one in the theme folder:

\xstore\theme\assets\dummy\jewellery

This one works. The two that you supply do not match up and this caused me issues when manually importing. Your dev team needs to sort this out and ensure that both match up from now on please?

Hello,

1) Ok, we’ll update import files at XML files folder.
2) It’s very simple page and you can just change the GMAP styling according to your needs to get the page as on Jewellery demo https://snazzymaps.com/style/59388/lightgold , there is no need to import page for this
3) Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools tab > press Import Pages button to import default WooCommerce pages. Theme does not manage this, it’s WC plugin territory.

OK, thanks, will manually import Woocommerce files and also manually change GMAPS colour using the code from snazzymaps. Understood.
