Hello good afternoon, my products were with the right variations and then I stopped showing up and I did nothing but insert more products and a mailing plugin

Hello,

Do you mean that product variations stopped working on the shop page or on the single product page? Because I can see the variations on the single product page, for example http://prntscr.com/t12iil https://makobaby.com.br/produtos/1337/cueiro-parapipi-50×80-cm-c-3-un-liso/

Hello,

Make sure that the “Variation Swatches” option is enabled in Theme Options.
Try to disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check variations then.

Please set administrator role for the user in Dashboard.
You provided FTP to empty directory http://prntscr.com/t1wcxc Check the destination folder of the FTP user.
