Problems with visual composer, ajax and add to cart aligns

    Hey there,
    I run a website http://www.cloud9wines.co.uk with Legenda.
    I have some issues. 1st of all, “ADd to cart” buttons are not aligned.
    2nd issue: Ajax is not working anymore. The loading time si huge when you click on “ADD TO BASKET”
    and 3rd problem is with visual composer. Here is an ex: http://cloud9wines.co.uk/winemakers/sola-classic/
    That text should not have a border. I tried in many ways to edit it but i cant. You can see with inspect element “.vc_custom_1412076248596 {
    border-style: dotted !important;
    }” That shoudnt be there. I tried to force it to Border-style: none; in cumstom css but no effect.

    please provide us with admin credentials for your site in private content. We need them to check your backend.

    Hello,

    1. Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    2. Border style was added in the column settings:

    I’ve removed it.

    Hey,
    I did all the updates u required from me, but the issues are still there. Ajax is loading for so long…And Add to cart buttons are not aligned. How can i solve this?

    As I see there is an error on your site:

    500 error is related to a server configuration.
    Ask your hosting provider to check error log what is causing this issue.

    Thank you Jack, but what about that add to cart button? I cant align them.

    Please add this code in custom.css file:

    .slide-item .product .products-page-cats, .products-grid .product .products-page-cats {
       height: 30px;
    }
    .products-grid .product .product-name {
       height: 40px;
    }

    It seems that there is cached data on your server. Please clear it or ask your hosting provider support to remove it.

    I turned it off..I removed the data…And still same problem..

    As I see the “Add to Cart” button is aligned:

    So, seems the problem is with caching on your server.

    Try to clear browser cache and check again.
