Problems with theme option settings - by Lara

Hi
I have a problem: I changed the settings through theme options, but the changes (such as headers) are displayed on the default home and are not displayed on handmade home (home page).

Hello,

The one difference that I see at this page https://www.nobilebomboniere.it/ is header overlap option. Go to Pages > Edit the front page > scroll down to 8theme Options > Header overlap > disable option > Update page.
