How can I show the thumbnails of a category and a product in the same dimensions of the demonstration? of the wedding theme

I have tried everything, I have put 720×555 and I have regenerated the thumbnails with a plugin and it does not work, everything looks messy.

Now I have more of a problem, every time i want to make a modification to the theme of wedding, appears another topic of Xstore “lenses” I don’t understand why is changed to that topic if I install the theme of wedding. now has a fusion of the two themes …help

This screenshot that I provide (https://prnt.sc/jthzdo), there is no more, I can’t see it in Woocommerce, what I see is that has been updated, and integrating to WordPress.

First problem:

(The problem I have with this configuration is that you set that for the title, either as a maximum of 10 letters, the title appears with many more letters. I work in another s configurations, this does not (title of the product widget)

I want to make it clear that I am not going to use any image of the demo, use the of my products, I just want to know the exact configuration of the entire demo (wedding theme)

Dear @Jac,

Please provide us with your site URL in the Private Content area.
On our demo are used an old version of theme and WC, so image settings look as on this screenshot https://prnt.sc/jthzdo You need to set provide images size via Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images. After changes there, you need to Regenerate Thumbnails to apply new sizes. You can use Regenerate thumbnails plugin to do this.
1. Thanks for the screenshot. To give you answer we need to take a closer look. Could you, please, provide us with temporary wp-admin access?
2. Use this size http://prntscr.com/jtxg24 for images of categories.

We recommend to use a graphics editor and prepare product and category images (make them the same size) before uploading it to your media gallery.

Also, Theme Options > E-commerce > Products Page Layout > Image hover effect > Images Slider and Buttons hover > Information mask, Show product categories > Off.
4. The limit option doesn’t work for products widget, but you may use custom css code, for example:

  overflow: hidden;
  line-height: 2.5ex;
}
```

Can I reinstall the “Theme Wedding”? What steps should I follow?

Hello,

There is no option to reinstall version in one click. You can reimport wedding options (Theme Options > Import/Export > Dummy content and press activate wedding version button) or reimport wedding home page (Tools > Import > choose the wedding version xml file that you can find in XML files folder of your package).

If you need help with issues that you asked above then provide us with temporary Dashboard access and we’ll set correct options.
