Problems with the Responsive - by Immograf

Hello,

I have some problems with the responsive of my website. We have developed it with the classico theme. I don’t now if this could be because of the version or if we have done something, in spite of this could you help me to find a solution?

Hi Eva,

Thanks for your response.

We have seen this problem with Iphone 6 (iOS 9.2.1) and Ipad air (9.2.1). It does the responsive but not ok. In the private content there is a link with an example.

Hello,

Please clarify what theme version you’re using.
We can’t check it in Appearance > Themes because seems you edited both parent and child themes.

I’m not sure, I just know that is not the last one, the 1.4 so looking the dates I think is the 1.3

Hello,

The responsiveness issue was fixed in the recent theme update, so we recommend you to update the theme to the latest version 1.5.

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
