    Hello Rose,

After updating the theme to 4.2 or 4.3 one of the functions made in the child theme with the recent posts widget has broken.

So much that I complained about this that after the update had deleted this widget in the footer, and you corrected for me but even corrected and even with the code made in the child theme the widget does not answer what I had requested.

I would like to point out the link of the post by superimposing the mouse over the date as well as the title of the post.

See below for a topic that made the request and you have helped to do this:

    https://www.8theme.com/topic/how-to-put-the-post-link-on-the-date-of-the-posts-that-appear-in-the-footer/

    I await your next interaction!

    Best regards,
    Rodrigo M.

    Hello,

If you need help with additional customization you can contact WPKraken team because theme support does not include additional customization.

    Hello Rose,

But you have already helped me with this previously, so much that the code remains in the child theme files, because now can not help to fix this after updating the theme?

See that I sent you the topic where you’ve already helped me make this kind of change.

    I await your next interaction!

    Best regards,
    Rodrigo M.

    Hello,

Additional customization questions are outside the scope of our support.
Yes, we helped you before, but all our developers are busy now, so, unfortunately, I can’t help you.

    Regards

    Hello Rose,

I fully understand that cases like customizations are out of your support scope, but in this case you have made this change yourself, and in this case I believe that who should provide me with the suprote to correct this should be yourselves.

Otherwise before doing this they should inform that they could not in any way apply this type of change or support because it would be out of the scope of support for you.

If the problem is the developers are all busy, I wait without problems. But I would very much like you to help me correct that.

Thank you in advance for your support.

    Best regards,
    Rodrigo M.

    Hello,

You need to edit widgets.php file of parent theme (woopress/framework folder),
find Etheme_Recent_Posts_Widget widget and put <?php the permalink; ?> here (red arrow) -> https://image.prntscr.com/image/pZ9riU4HTT6s02Ictc_7bg.png
so you will get this https://image.prntscr.com/image/ABChdKIfTg_IgUAAikXm4Q.png

    Hello Rose,

So, but the problem is if the theme refreshes and every time you get it fixed?

Is there no way to do it in the child theme to stay?

Thank you in advance for the answer!

    Best regards,
    Rodrigo M.
