Problems with the display of gift cards with xStore-theme

    Theme: xStore v8.2
    WP-Version: 6.0
    WooCommerce 6.6.0
    Plugin: WPSwings “Ultimate Gift Card”

    Hello,

    I have installed the plugin “WooCommerce Ultimate Gift Card” and configured it according to WPSwings instructions. Unfortunately, the gift card is displayed incorrectly when scrolling. Apparently there is a conflict between plugin and xStore-Theme. Unfortunately, I can’t identify what it is exactly an how to fix it in the theme options.

    Can you please help me?

    Hello,

    Have you tried to contact the support of the plugin?
    Link you provided doesn’t show any product
    Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.

    Thanks for your reply.

    The support of the plugin thinks that maybe it’s the theme, which is making issues.

    Is there then a gift card plugin that is compatible with xStore without making any customizations? There are not many, an “WooCommerce Ultimate Gift Card” seems to be quite popular…

    Great, that fixed the problem.
    But now the sticky bar is disabled globally – is there a way to disable the sticky bar for one product only?

    Add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS:

    .postid-8435 .etheme-sticky-cart {
    display: none;
}
