Problems with Stripe and Woocommerce - by jonesgemma

Hi there, i have unsuccessfully tried for a few hours to install Stripe as an alternative payment solution on my website. I have not been bale to get this to work properly and get the following error message.

“Please enter your card details to make a payment. Developers: Please make sure that you are including jQuery and there are no JavaScript errors on the page.”

I have done some Google searching and seems others have experienced similar issues, although differing solutions are being recommended.

Im not a techy expert, so would appreciate your guidance on best simple way of resolving the problem?

Hello,

I’ve sent pre-release archive of theme version to your registration email.
You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
I would recommend you before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/royal/ to avoid problems with old files.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
